"Refund handled without the usual back and forth"
I had to cancel my order with brightoni360.co.uk and I was already bracing myself for the usual customer service runaround. Thankfully, it didn’t turn into one of those drawn-out things. I emailed them, they got back to me quickly, and the refund was back on my card a few days later. No chasing, no awkward questions, no extra stress. After dealing with enough tiring service issues elsewhere, this was a relief

"I was expecting the weather to…"
I was expecting the weather to mess everything up, since that’s usually how these things seem to go, but it ended up being totally fine. Even with the not-so-great conditions, we still had a really good time and it didn’t take away from the experience.

"Pleasantly surprised by the space onboard"
I went up on a busy Saturday and thought it might feel really crowded in the pod, but it was much better than I expected. There was enough room to move around a bit and I still managed to get a good spot by the window without feeling like I had to squeeze in.
There were definitely plenty of people onboard, but it never felt overwhelming. The staff seemed to keep things moving smoothly, and the whole ride was relaxed and easy. Got some lovely photos too, so I’d happily do it again.

"I booked tickets for later this month..."
I booked tickets for later this month and the confirmation emails came through without any drama, so that part felt fine. I did have a question about switching the time, though, and the wait for a reply kind of left me with a weird feeling.
They did get back to me eventually and were nice enough, so I can’t really complain too much. Still, some of the details felt a bit fuzzy, and I’m just really hoping the actual visit feels more settled and easy.

"Nice family day out"
Visited the Brighton i360 with my partner and our two kids, and it was a really nice thing to do as a family. The staff were friendly and helped us get sorted without any drama, which always makes things easier with children. The kids really enjoyed going up and seeing the views, although one of them did get a bit bored after a while. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because the waiting around felt a little long, and the snacks were definitely not cheap. Other than that, it was clean, easy with kids, and we’d probably go again

"Worth it if you’re watching the budget"
I really enjoyed the i360 ride. It lasted just the right amount of time, not so short that I felt short-changed and not so long that it dragged on. There was enough time to take in the views, get some photos, and just relax a bit without feeling rushed.
The staff were friendly and everything moved along smoothly. I’m usually a bit careful with spending on attractions, so I was glad it felt worth the money. I’d happily do it again if friends were visiting Brighton

"Lovely calm views over Brighton"
We went up the i360 on a clear afternoon it was such a nice experience. As someone who really loves seaside views, seeing Brighton from that high up felt special. You can see the beach, the pier, and right out across the sea, which was beautiful. It moves really slowly, so there’s plenty of time to look around, take photos, and just enjoy it without feeling rushed. I didn’t find it scary at all, it was actually really calm and relaxing. The best bit was seeing Brighton from above, because it looks so different from up there. It’s a simple thing to do, but we really enjoyed it.

"Right on time, no hanging around"
Booked our slot online and turned up a little early, just to be safe. Expected a bit of waiting around, but it all felt organised from the start.
Ran almost exactly on time, which was such a relief. Hate standing there wondering what’s happening, but staff were calling people through when they said they would.
Ride started on schedule and finished when expected too, so made it really easy to plan the rest of the day. Smooth visit overall, no stress at all.

Getting in was okay overall, but I’ll admit I was already a little impatient and the whole process felt slower than I’d hoped. The signs could’ve been clearer, and the queue felt kind of all over the place, which made it a bit frustrating. The staff were friendly enough though, so it didn’t put me in a bad mood completely, just wasn’t the smoothest start.

"Booking Was Actually Painless"
Booking online was way easier than I expected. I’m used to websites making you jump through a million hoops just to schedule something, but this was super simple and quick. No confusing steps, no weird errors, no unnecessary drama. Why can’t every booking process be like this?

"Nice enough visit, but I’m a bit less confident now"
Had a nice visit overall. The toilets were clean and easy to find, the cafe had decent snacks, and there were staff around if we needed anything. The lift area felt organised too, which made getting around simple. No major fuss and it was a comfy day out, but I did leave with a slightly less trusting feeling than before, like things were fine on the surface but I’m not totally sure I’d rely on everything being that smooth next time.

I booked one of the special packages for my partner’s birthday, it ended up being such a nice choice. The staff were genuinely friendly without making it feel over the top, and the views really added to the whole experience. For me, it felt like one of those little splurges that actually makes the occasion feel more memorable, so I’d say it was definitely worth it.

Booked on Brighton i360 from my phone and it was straightforward. The pages loaded fast, payment went through first try, and the confirmation email showed up almost right away.
I needed to change the time later and that wasnt a problem either. No crashes, no random errors, none of that hassle you sometimes get with booking sites. Thats all I really needed, so 5 stars from me.

"Nice views, not exactly a spa day"
Overall, the visit was fine. I felt safe enough, and the staff seemed like they actually knew what they were doing, which is always a nice little bonus. The pod was clean, so no complaints there. Comfort-wise though, it wasn’t really doing me any favors. There wasn’t much seating, and once it got busy, it felt cramped. The views were lovely, but I guess I was expecting something a bit more relaxing and a bit less “let’s all politely squeeze in here together.”

"Easy Stop for Drinks"
The bar was easy to get to, and the drinks came out quick enough. We grabbed a few refreshments before heading up, and the whole thing was simple and no fuss. Staff were nice too. I’d definitely go again.

There was a bit of a wait when I first got there, but the staff did a good job keeping the line moving. It felt organized overall, so I didn’t mind too much. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re not in a big rush...

The place was clean, which I really appreciated. i don’t have any real complaints — everything was pretty much fine. Nothing super fancy to point out, but it did the job, and yeah, overall it was a decent experience.

I booked through brightoni360.co.uk and it was straightforward to sort out. I went with my sister and we both thought the view was lovely, definitely worth seeing at least once. That said, for what you actually get, it did feel a bit on the expensive side. I’m glad we did it, but I’m not sure I’d pay the same again. Nice experience overall, just not amazing value for money.
